Sebastian

Sebastian is a native Texan raised in McAllen. He is a graduate of Tabor College and is currently taking online classes at Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth where he plans on getting his Masters of Theological Studies. He has served as a counselor at Byron Bible camp where he met his wife, Raquel, and has served as an intern at Bethesda. Through his love of sports, he served on various mission trips where he used sports as a platform to share the gospel. Sebastian came on staff as the Youth Pastor in March 2024.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, playing basketball, disc golfing, playing instruments, and being with friends. Sebastian’s passion is to help equip the next generation with living on mission in their families, communities, and ultimately throughout the ends of the earth. Sebastian’s life verse(s) is Habakkuk 3:17-18, “Though the fig tree should not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines, the produce of the olive fail and the fields yield no food and there be no herd in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will take joy in the God of my salvation.”
